First, let’s find where your communication is breaking. Then we talk solutions.
For companies that feel like they’re working in chaos: information gets lost, managers improvise, and employees can’t tell what actually matters.
Internal communication is the only system in your company that everyone uses every single day, and that almost nobody knows how to design.
A diagnostic is the first step toward a system.

a detailed report: what works and what doesn’t · practical, actionable recommendations · an 18-month roadmap · a metrics matrix for tracking internal comms
Internal communication stops depending on one person and a stream of ad hoc requests.
HR can send out a survey. But they don’t have the expertise to pinpoint where your internal communication system is breaking, or to set up a system and metrics. They also lack objectivity, and often the freedom to tell you honestly where the problem is. For that, you need someone who isn’t on your payroll.
“We did a survey last year.”
An engagement survey tells you how people feel about certain things at work. It doesn’t tell you where the message gets lost, who it stops with, or how much that costs you. Those are two completely different measurements.
“We already know where our problems are.”
You know where it hurts. A diagnosis shows you where the pain is coming from. In 2023, 49% of companies in Southeast Europe sent every piece of information to every employee, so it’s no surprise that only 14% of employees said they understood why management makes the decisions it makes. As humans, we all communicate every day. It’s a natural need. But that doesn’t mean we’re good at it, or that everyone knows how to build an internal communication system.

For companies that need strategic support in internal communications. You have an operational team, it just needs a few hours of strategic leadership a month.
We brought Tijana in to audit our internal communications. She fit in remarkably quickly and gave us an unbiased insider’s view. She helped us set up clear processes, strengthen the role of internal communications and align it with the company’s values. Today we have a clear model that works efficiently and drives employee engagement, and Tijana is still our mentor and someone who is truly happy for our wins.
